We do this, by: mobilizing our local contacts and IMAP's global organisation, and by developing innovative solutions for complex transaction situations.
Our mission is to be the premium M&A and buyout advisor for medium and large companies in Hungary and Romania. We initiate consolidation and merger transactions in fragmented industry sectors. We want to be long term strategic partners of our clients in financing, growing and eventually exiting their businesses."

M&A focus
Our competitors are Big4 accounting firms and corporate finance departments of banks, that offer M&A and corporate finance advisory as an auxiliary service to their core auditing and banking businesses. For us, selling and buying companies, arranging management buyouts and buy-ins, raising growth capital and valuing companies are the core business. We have no other activity to distract us, or make a living from.
Results, results, results
Our goal is to create the largest possible added value to our clients and – through them – to ourselves. 90% of our compensation depends on successful completion of the M&A and financing transactions we undertake. We only accept mandates, where success is likely and we expect compensation commensurate with results.

IMAP MB Partners is controlled by its partners. Our focus is not the next promotion, we are shooting for profits and equity accumulation. Our livelihood and success depends on the reputation of ourselves, our firm and our international organisation, IMAP.
